About us

Energy should be in everyone's own hands.

Orven is working for a future where storing and using energy is easy, safe and accessible for everyone. The road we are on today with portable power stations will lead, tomorrow, to homes and workplaces that produce and manage their own energy.

Why we exist

Why does life stop when the power does?

We started with a question.

When the power goes out, the modem, the fridge and a night light all fall silent at once. When the sun goes down, the energy that could have been produced all day is lost. Orven exists to look for answers to these questions.

Today: power by your side.

Our first step is making energy portable: power stations that work at home, at the campsite, on the road and on the job site; batteries you add as your needs grow; solar panels that charge where there is no socket.

Tomorrow: a life that manages its own energy.

Our dream is for every home and workplace to be able to produce and store its own energy and to decide for itself when to use it. We plan every step we take around this goal.

Our dream

A world where the sun
is useful even at night.

We imagine a future where dependence on the grid shrinks, an outage becomes a detail no one notices, and the decision about energy rests with the user. We want to build it step by step, with measurable values and long-lasting products, not with inflated promises.

Independence

When you can store your energy, an outage stops being a crisis and your dependence on the grid shrinks.

Clean energy

Energy produced from the sun should not be lost when the sun sets; it should be stored and used when it is needed.

Accessibility

Energy storage should be a solution within everyone's reach, not only something for large investments.

How we work

Four principles, the same at every step.

Safety is the first decision.

Our power stations and batteries use LiFePO4 cell chemistry. The battery management system monitors temperature, current, voltage and cell balance; the moment anything drifts, protection engages on its own.

A promise is a measured value.

The value written on a product page should be the same as the value the manufacturer measured. Instead of one inflated figure, we state each model's own value.

It should last for years.

An energy product is measured in years. All our products come with a 2-year statutory warranty; for power stations and Orven Stack additional batteries, product registration adds +1 year of free additional warranty.

You are in control.

You decide when to store your energy and when to use it. That is why we are developing the Orven app, coming soon to the App Store for iPhone.

Our roadmap

From today to tomorrow.

We are moving towards our dream step by step; each step is the foundation for the next.

Today: portable power

Orven portable power stations work during outages, at the campsite, on the road and on the job site; they charge from solar panels and grow with additional batteries.

  • UPS that takes over in ≤20 ms during an outage
  • Power stations: about 10 years, even with daily use
  • Up to 80.6 kWh on Orven Force Max with additional batteries

Coming soon: control in one app

The Orven app for iPhone is coming soon to the App Store. You connect your device via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and monitor your energy from a single screen.

  • Live charge, input and output values
  • Charge limits and automations
  • Orva AI assistant

Our dream: homes that manage their own energy

Homes and workplaces where energy produced from the sun is stored and used when it is needed. Along the way, we plan every product to be the foundation for the next.

  • Making clean energy easier to reach
  • Turning outages into a detail no one notices
  • Leaving the decision about energy to the user
