BUYER
The buyer is the natural or legal person who provides their name, delivery and billing address, phone and e-mail details when placing the order.
- The buyer’s details are those you enter in the order form and which appear in the order confirmation e-mail.
- You can also find this information on the My Orders page in your account.
- The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details; delays and costs arising from incorrect information are borne by the buyer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery, by distance selling, of the product offered by the seller through its website, together with the rights and obligations of the parties.
- The pre-contractual information form and this agreement together make up the contract as a whole. You can access the form on the Pre-Contractual Information Form page.
- Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation apply.
- In matters not covered by this agreement, the legislation in force applies.
- Sales made for commercial or professional purposes through dealer/EPC channels are not consumer transactions; a separate agreement between the parties applies to such sales.
3. Formation of the Agreement and Pre-Contractual Information
The agreement is formed when the buyer confirms the order electronically and the seller notifies acceptance of the order.
- Before completing the order, the buyer is informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the VAT-inclusive total price, payment and delivery details, and the right of withdrawal.
- Before completing the order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted the Pre-Contractual Information Form and this agreement by ticking the confirmation box. The box is not pre-ticked; pressing the order button alone does not constitute confirmation.
- Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay.
- Order and confirmation records are retained by the seller and made available to the buyer on request.
- The seller may cancel the order for products that are out of stock or whose price or details are displayed incorrectly. In that case the buyer is informed and any amount collected is refunded in full.
- Legal capacity is required in order to place an order. Persons under eighteen may not place an order without the consent of their legal representative.
- The seller may request verification or decline the order where there are concerns about payment security or misuse; for declined orders any amount collected is refunded.
4. Product, Price and Payment
The product, quantity, unit price and VAT-inclusive total for the order are shown before ordering, in the order summary and in the pre-contractual information. The table below summarises where to find this information.
| Information | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Product name and essential characteristics | Product page and order summary |
| Quantity and unit price | Basket and order summary |
| Shipping cost | Free of charge; shown in the order summary |
| VAT-inclusive total | Order summary and order confirmation e-mail |
| Payment method | The method you select at the payment step |
| Delivery address and buyer details | Order form and order confirmation e-mail |
- Prices are those valid on the site at the time of the order and include VAT.
- Subsequent changes to product prices do not affect orders already formed.
- Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the site. The order is not processed until the payment transaction is completed.
- If the payment is cancelled or reversed by the bank, or does not go through, the seller’s delivery obligation ends.
- Campaigns, discount codes and promotions are limited to the stated period, stock and conditions, cannot be combined with other campaigns, and may be ended by the seller with prior notice. Where the right of withdrawal is exercised for a product bought under a campaign, any gift or discounted additional product provided under that campaign must also be returned.
5. Invoice
The invoice for the sale is issued in accordance with the legislation.
- The invoice is issued according to the billing details provided with the order and sent to your e-mail address as an e-archive invoice.
- If a corporate invoice is requested, the tax office and tax number must be entered when placing the order; changing the invoice type after the order is possible only to the extent the legislation allows.
- For returns, the invoice may need to be returned or a return invoice issued; the process will be communicated to you.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
- The estimated delivery time including preparation is 3–5 business days; for large systems shipped on pallets it is 7–15 business days.
- The binding maximum period is set by legislation: the goods are delivered within 30 days at the latest from the conclusion of the contract.
- If the seller cannot deliver within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract; in that case all payments collected are refunded within 14 days.
- No shipping fee is charged; delivery costs are borne by the seller.
- We recommend checking the package for external damage on delivery and, if there is damage, having the courier draw up a report.
- Scheduled pallet delivery applies to bulky and heavy products; delivery is made to the nearest point the vehicle can reach.
The full delivery conditions are on the Shipping and Delivery Policy page.
7. Buyer’s Obligations
- To ensure that the details given when placing the order are accurate and complete.
- To pay the price of the product using the chosen payment method.
- To check the package when receiving the product and, if there is damage, to have a report drawn up.
- To use the product in accordance with the user manual.

9. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date the goods are delivered to them or to a person they designate, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
- It is sufficient for the withdrawal notice to have been sent to the seller before the 14-day period expires.
- The notice may be given by e-mail, in writing, or by using the model withdrawal form below. Use of the form is not compulsory.
- If several products in a single order are delivered separately, the period runs from the delivery date of the last product.
- Where the information on the right of withdrawal has not been provided in the proper manner, the period is extended by the additional time prescribed by legislation.
10. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases listed in the legislation.
- Products prepared in line with the buyer’s requests or personal needs.
- Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
- Products that become mixed with other goods after delivery and cannot by their nature be separated.
- Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered to the buyer instantly.
- Services whose performance has begun, with the buyer’s consent, before the withdrawal period expires.
- Products whose price varies with fluctuations in financial markets and is outside the seller’s control.
For fixed energy storage systems installed by authorised teams, dismantling and returning the product after installation may not be technically possible. We recommend considering your right of withdrawal before installation.
11. Return Process and Refund
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the process is as follows.
- After you send your withdrawal notice, you are given a return request number and shipping instructions.
- Send the product back to the seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice.
- The product must be returned with its invoice and all accessories, undamaged apart from use required for ordinary inspection.
- The seller refunds all payments collected, including delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
- The refund is made to the payment instrument used, in a single transaction. For credit card refunds, the time for the amount to appear in the account depends on the bank’s processes.
- Any loss of value caused by use beyond ordinary inspection may be deducted from the refund.
The steps for the return shipment are explained on the Shipping and Delivery Policy page.
12. Warranty and After-Sales Service
- Orven products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty. For portable power stations and Stack modules, registering the product adds a free 1-year additional warranty, bringing the total to 3 years. LFP batteries, solar panels and accessories are covered only by the 2-year statutory warranty.
- The service life of battery and energy storage products is 10 years; for other product groups the service life is stated in the product documentation. The seller is obliged to supply spare parts throughout the warranty period and the service life.
- Faults under warranty are repaired within 20 business days at the latest.
- The provisions on defective goods and the consumer’s rights of choice are reserved.
Scope, exclusions and the claim process are on the Warranty Policy page.
13. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data processed during the order process is processed and protected within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
- Data is used only for order processing, delivery, invoicing, warranty and support processes, and only to the extent necessary.
- Payment details are not stored by the seller; payment transactions are handled through the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.
- The purposes of processing, transfers and your rights are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice .
14. Force Majeure
Events beyond the reasonable control of the parties are considered force majeure.
- Natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, fire, road closures and decisions of competent authorities fall within this scope.
- Obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure and the parties keep each other informed.
- If the force majeure lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate the contract; in that case the amount collected is refunded.
15. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes, a solution is sought first through our customer service channels.
- For disputes that cannot be resolved, application may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts.
- The monetary threshold for 2026 is TRY 186,000; disputes below this amount fall to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees.
